The Oneness Ayurveda Protocol

You have given everything to the world. This is where you return to yourself.

Oneness Ayurveda is a classical Panchakarma and longevity retreat at Sattva Campus, where a documented healing protocol, modern cellular science, and the living field of Sattva come together into one complete experience.

Personalised to your constitution  ·  Delivered by our certified physician team
The Oneness Way

Three streams of knowledge. One complete healing.

No single tradition carries the full picture. Oneness Ayurveda draws from three distinct bodies of knowledge, each ancient, each validated, each essential.

Ancient science

Classical Panchakarma

For five thousand years, Ayurvedic physicians have known something modern medicine is only beginning to confirm: the body knows how to heal itself, when the conditions are right.

The Oneness Ayurveda Protocol is rooted in the Charaka Samhita, the foundational text of classical Ayurvedic medicine. Every treatment, every sequence, every constitutional assessment follows its clinical architecture.

Modern longevity

The science of cellular renewal

Peer-reviewed research confirms what Ayurvedic physicians observed empirically: Panchakarma positively influences telomere length, reduces oxidative stress, normalises cortisol, and improves heart rate variability, all measurable markers of biological ageing.

We document what we can measure. We honour what we cannot.

The Sattva dimension

The place that heals

Sattva Campus is not a resort that added Ayurveda. It is a living space, home to the Oneness Movement, guided by the Enlightened Masters Sri Preethaji and Sri Krishnaji, where thousands have arrived burdened and left restored.

The campus itself is part of the protocol. Its environment, its silence, its charged field. These are not amenities. They are medicine that no physician can prescribe and no other location can replicate.

About Sattva Campus
The method and the team

A protocol built for your body. Delivered by physicians trained to read it.

At most wellness retreats, you arrive and a therapist assigns your treatment. At Oneness Ayurveda, you enter a documented clinical protocol, one that has been developed, tested, and refined over decades at Sattva Campus. Your physician is trained and certified in its precise application. The method is the institution. The physician carries it forward.

B.A.M.S. · Classical Ayurvedic physician
Architect of the Oneness Ayurveda Panchakarma Protocol, Sattva Campus, Southern India

Dr Sunil Joshi established the clinical foundations of the Oneness Ayurveda Protocol, trained in the Charaka and Sushruta traditions, with decades of practice in classical Panchakarma and constitutional medicine. He developed the three-phase treatment architecture, the constitutional assessment framework, and the physician certification standards that govern every retreat at Sattva Campus.

Panchakarma is not a procedure you do to the body. It is a process you invite the body into. The protocol ensures the invitation is precisely worded, every time.

Trained and supervised under Dr V Sunil Joshi, Sattva Campus

Every physician at Oneness Ayurveda is trained and certified directly in Dr Joshi's methodology: classical constitutional assessment, Panchakarma sequencing, and the integration of Ayurvedic medicine with modern longevity science. Your physician is assigned before your arrival. Their credentials and training are available on request.

The protocol does not change. The physician who carries it learns to listen to your body with the same precision, because the method demands it.

What your days look like

No surprises. Only deepening.

One of the most common questions we receive is what will actually happen each day. Here is the shape of a day at Sattva Campus.

Your schedule is adjusted daily by your physician based on your body's response. No two days are identical. The protocol follows you, not the calendar.
A guest walking in the Sattva Campus forest at morning
6:00 am
Forest walk

The day begins in silence, a meditative walk through the living forest. The body's lymphatic system begins its work before breakfast.

7:00 am
Oneness Yoga and Pranayama

Asana sequences selected specifically for your dosha. Not a group class, but a practice calibrated to amplify your treatment.

8:30 am
Physician check and breakfast

Your physician reviews how your body responded overnight. Your Ayurvedic breakfast, prepared to your doshic prescription, is waiting.

10:00 am
Treatment session

Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Virechana, Basti, or the treatment your physician has prescribed for this stage of your protocol. Conducted in unhurried silence.

5:30 pm
Meditation and consciousness practice

Evening meditation, mantra, or one of the mystical processes of Sri Preethaji, depending on your programme and stage of retreat.

7:00 pm
Dinner and early rest

A light Sattvic dinner. The body does its deepest work while you sleep. Lights out by 9:30 pm is not a rule. It is a gift.

The research

Ancient practice. Modern validation.

For decades, Panchakarma was described in the language of Ayurveda: doshas, ama, ojas, prana. Compelling to those who trusted the tradition. Unverifiable to those who needed evidence.

That has changed.

Peer-reviewed studies now document Panchakarma's measurable effects on telomere length, a direct marker of cellular ageing. Additional research confirms significant improvements in heart rate variability, cortisol normalisation, inflammatory markers, and metabolic function.

Cortisol reduction

Participants in classical Panchakarma programmes show measurable reduction in serum cortisol, the primary biological marker of chronic stress.

Metabolic markers

Fasting glucose, HbA1c, and inflammatory cytokine levels show statistically significant improvement after Panchakarma in participants with metabolic syndrome.
